Job summary

Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) in NSW seeks a Senior Team Leader to lead Threatened Species Policy & Listing. You will co-lead lists for threatened species and ecological communities, guiding governance, policy and secretariat support for the NSW Threatened Species Scientific Committee across NSW.

You will manage priorities, resources and cross-government collaborations to ensure legally sound, evidence-based listing outcomes and strategic biodiversity

• Experience providing policy advice on government issues.
• Demonstrated leadership of a team and resources.
• Strong governance and stakeholder engagement skills.
