About the role

As the Country Regions Coordinator, you will lead and manage the service support function for the Country Regions, ensuring smooth and effective service support across regional locations. This senior administrative role is pivotal in coordinating workflows, managing priorities, and supporting regional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will be responsible for handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and maintaining trust across internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to navigate complex administrative environments and provide strategic support will contribute directly to the success of regional initiatives and service delivery.

What you can expect with this role
  • Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the Country Regions Lead Team (CRLT), including meeting coordination, agenda compilation minutes, scheduling, and procedural advice.
  • Manage the CRLT calendar, coordinate agenda items, review meeting papers, and prepare executive-ready meeting packs.
  • Deliver comprehensive executive support to the Operations Director – Country Regions, including calendar and email management, travel logistics, workshop coordination, credit card reconciliation and compilation of communications.
  • Offer indirect leadership to Regional Coordinators, ensuring consistency in processes, procedures, and service delivery across all regions.
  • Coordinate and manage external correspondence, monthly CEO reports, and committee papers for CRLT.
Your skills and experience

For this role, we are looking for great talent with:

  • Extensive administrative experience in a large, diverse organisation, supporting executive level functions and advisory services.
  • Strong understanding of government processes, ministerial liaison, and handling high-profile enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proven ability to interpret business processes and data, providing insights and presenting well-informed recommendations.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on improving systems, documentation, and workflows.
  • Solid knowledge of business communications, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management best practices.
