AR Developments is seeking an experienced, trade-qualified Landscaper to join our in-house landscaping team. You will work on large-scale townhouse developments, delivering high-quality landscape outcomes that complement our residential communities.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent) is required.
• Strong understanding of landscape plans and specifications.
• Experience with paving, retaining walls, drainage and planting.
• White Card is required.
• Current Driver's Licence is required.
• Strong attention to detail with good teamwork.
• Machinery tickets are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Complete landscape construction works to a high standard.
• Interpret landscape plans and specifications.
• Install paving, retaining walls, drainage and turf.
• Coordinate planting and soft landscaping works.
• Operate landscape construction tools and equipment.
• Maintain quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and site teams.
