Job summary

AR Developments is seeking an experienced, trade-qualified Landscaper to join our in-house landscaping team. Working across large-scale townhouse developments, you will deliver high-quality landscape outcomes that complement our residential communities.

This is a long-term role with consistent work and clear career growth. You will interpret landscape plans, install paving, retaining walls, drainage and turf, and coordinate planting with civil and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent).
• Previous landscape construction experience.
• Strong understanding of landscape plans and specifications.
• Experience with paving, retaining walls, drainage and planting.
• White Card.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively within a team environment.
• Machinery tickets highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Complete landscape construction works to a high standard.
• Interpret landscape plans and specifications.
• Install paving, retaining walls, drainage and turf.
