Job summary

Tablelands Sports & Spinal Physiotherapy in Lithgow and Bathurst is hiring a Senior Physiotherapist/Physiotherapist. The role offers a competitive package (80,000–150,000 AUD + bonuses), flexible hours and mentoring.

We support career growth with a strong mentoring program and opportunities to grow within our community-focused clinics. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, current AHPRA registration, a driver’s licence and police check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent) is required.
• AHPRA registration is mandatory to practice.
• Current driver's licence and National Police Check are required.
• Australian work rights; sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehab for various conditions.
• Manage sports injuries and pre/post-operative rehab.
• Deliver workplace health and occupational health services.
• Contribute to NDIS and community-based physiotherapy where needed.
• Support new graduates through mentoring and coaching.

The Role

You'll work across a diverse and rewarding caseload that may include:

• Musculoskeletal physiotherapy

• Sports injury management and rehabilitation

• Pre and post-operative rehabilitation

• Workplace injury management and return-to-work programs

• NDIS and community-based physiotherapy

• Aged care services

• Occupational health and pre-employment assessments
