Job summary

Flinders Port Holdings is seeking a Senior Project Manager IT to lead diverse IT and business transformation initiatives across the organisation. You will define scope, objectives, and plans with stakeholders, drive end-to-end delivery, manage risks and dependences, and oversee governance and budget in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This 12-month fixed-term contract requires a Bachelor in CS/IT/PM or equivalent, strong communication, and proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering complex IT or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and plans with stakeholders and leadership, aligning requirements, priorities and budgets.
• Lead projects end-to-end, coordinating project teams and delivery activities including change, communications, testing and implementation.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, resolve challenges and adapt to changing priorities to maintain momentum.
• Facilitate clear communication and stakeholder engagement, with regular updates, reports, and presentations on status.
• Maintain strong governance, managing scope, budget, timelines, dependencies and changes.
