Job summary

Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) invites applications for a Senior Project Manager to lead IT initiatives across 29 schools within the diocese. You will manage resources, budgets, timelines and ensure end-to-end delivery with minimal disruption to student learning.

Based on an on-site role in Wagga Wagga, you will shape delivery frameworks, oversee a project portfolio, and collaborate with tech teams, vendors and school stakeholders to ensure innovative solutions are adopted.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Training and certification in project management and business analysis methodologies.
• At least 5 years in project management and/or business analysis in IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for IT initiatives across 29 schools.
• Manage resources, budgets and timelines; ensure end-to-end delivery of documentation and change management.
