Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking a Senior Business Analyst based in Richmond, with responsibilities spanning Group IT and digital projects. You’ll translate complex business problems into clear requirements and lead the delivery lifecycle from discovery to testing.

Based in Melbourne/Richmond, you’ll partner across stakeholders, run workshops, shape business cases and RFP activity, and contribute to continuous improvement of our analytics practice while delivering real, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT, ideally in large enterprise environments with complex systems.
• Experience running workshops, managing scope, and working across Agile delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills, with solid attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Understand, validate, and document business problems and solution requirements across Group IT and digital projects.
• Lead workshops, support business case and RFP activity, and help shape quality project outcomes from discovery through to delivery.
• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including supporting design, development, and testing.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work closely with delivery teams to keep things moving.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the Business Analysis practice by sharing knowledge, improving documentation, and lifting capability across the team.
