Qualifications

5+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT.
Experience running workshops and leading sessions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Excellent documentation and attention to detail.
Proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Understand, validate, and document business problems and solution requirements across Group IT and digital projects.
Lead workshops, support business case and RFP activity, and shape project outcomes from discovery to delivery.
Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle with design, development, and testing teams.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and delivery teams to keep projects moving.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the Business Analysis practice.
