Job summary

The HR Ally is seeking an IT Administrator to manage and automate our IT infrastructure across Windows and Mac. You will administer SaaS tools such as Zoom, Slack, Adobe, CrowdStrike, NinjaOne, and more while providing expert support across Azure, Intune and O365.

You will own Azure AD design, Group Policy, and Endpoint Manager/Intune deployments, lead migrations and drive process improvements. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of IT Administration experience, a proven track record delivering

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an IT Administrator.
Proven track record leading technology projects end-to-end.
Strong relationship-building skills with business stakeholders.
Comfortable working through ambiguity in a fast-growing environment.
Experience administering SaaS tools (Zoom, Slack, Adobe, CrowdStrike, NinjaOne, and more).
Own Azure AD design, Group Policy & Endpoint Manager/Intune deployments.

Responsibilities
