Job summary

Sensiba seeks a Senior GRC Analyst II to lead ISO 27001 readiness efforts, audits, and platform integrations. You will drive evidence collection, continuous monitoring, and ISMS optimization across multiple clients while mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes expert handling of ISO 27001 controls, ITGCs, and cloud environments, with opportunity to shape methodologies and client outcomes in a dynamic practice.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ISO 27001, IT audit, or GRC experience.
• Leadership of ISO 27001 certification engagements (Stage 1/Stage 2).
• Hands-on experience with GRC automation platforms in ISO 27001.
• Deep knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001:2022, Annex A controls, ISMS, ITGCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISO 27001 readiness engagements and audits across multiple clients.
• Configure and optimize compliance platforms (Drata, Vanta, Secureframe, OneTrust, etc.).
• Map controls to Annex A and manage evidence workflows.
• Review automated outputs and improve automation coverage.
• Mentor junior analysts and develop templates and playbooks.
• Support sales and proposals with technical input.
