Job summary

Source is seeking a seasoned cyber security leader to own and build a standalone security function. You will define strategy, establish identity management, and drive ISO 27001 certification.

You will oversee security operations, vendor governance, and incident response, interfacing with the CIO and Audit & Risk Committee to report on risk posture and remediation progress. Experience in regulated sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a cyber or information security function for 3+ years.
• Proven track record delivering ISO 27001 certification and ISMS readiness.
• Strong governance, risk and compliance capabilities in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the cyber security strategy, posture, frameworks and operating model.
• Establish identity/access management and ISO 27001 certification activities.
• Lead security operations, vulnerability management and security awareness.
• Select and govern MSPs and specialist partners.
• Own security governance, risk, and compliance including regulatory obligations.
• Act as security design authority across cloud, apps, data and OT environments.
• Lead incident response and executive communication during cyber incidents.
