Responsibilities

Lead and implement strategic, operational and product-related requirements across Investment Operations.
Develop and execute the Investment Operations team strategy in line with broader org goals.
Champion a client-centric culture and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and performance.
Oversee TSA activities with governance and delivery outcomes.
Provide oversight of fund accounting and fund tax management.
Ensure robust financial reporting processes and outcomes.
Manage key service provider relationships and performance.
Maintain governance, controls and regulatory compliance across ops.
Lead projects and change initiatives across Investment Operations.
