Job description

We are seeking Senior Investigators to join our Law and Compliance team.

As a Senior Investigator, you will conduct investigations which could have breached the Tax Agent Services Act. Working under the guidance of an Investigation Manager, you’ll prepare case plans, gather evidence and draft submissions on the outcome of investigations that are complex in nature and address significant risks.

These investigations support the TPB’s broader compliance strategy to increase the integrity of the tax practitioner profession and confidence in the broader taxation system.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta or Sydney CBD.
