Job summary

CSR is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic inventory transformation across procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, finance and commercial teams. This is a business transformation role, not an IT project manager position.

• Significant experience leading supply chain or operational transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of inventory optimization principles and governance.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across functions.
• Experience with cross-functional workshops and requirement gathering.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end inventory transformation program from discovery to implementation.
• Conduct current-state assessments, design future-state processes and operating models.
• Partner with procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, finance, and commercial teams.
• Develop change management and engagement strategies to drive adoption.
• Establish project governance and provide regular leadership updates.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements and roadmaps.
