Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria is seeking a senior adviser, internal communication, to help staff understand the department's work, policies and changes. You will lead a small team to deliver clear, useful information across Victoria and shape how senior leaders share news with staff.

This fixed-term, full-time role runs until 30 January 2028, with a salary of AU$122,383–AU$128,631 per year plus super.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in communication or a related field.
• Strong writing skills to turn complex ideas into clear messages for different audiences.
• Experience delivering projects that support change or campaigns that raise awareness.
• Project and leadership skills to manage deadlines and teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop practical communication plans and manage projects to keep staff informed.
• Lead and coach your team, share tasks and support development.
• Advise senior leaders to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Collaborate with events and digital teams to deliver staff forums, roadshows and online discussions.
• Build strong working relationships and help authors produce clear intranet content.
