Job summary

Moore Australia (WA) is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Internal Auditor to join the Governance and Risk Advisory team. You will lead multiple client engagements, review processes, and provide high-level guidance on governance, risk management and internal controls.

The role includes mentoring junior staff, preparing reports for boards, and supporting business development; a tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential, with national police clearance and Australian working rights

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in a similar position.
• Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting, IT or Business Management preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel to various locations and maintain Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client engagements and supervise staff to ensure quality, timeliness and budget adherence.
• Conduct meetings with clients face-to-face or remotely and review client processes to improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports for Boards and Audit Committees and assist with client proposals and workshops.
• Identify business development opportunities for the team and Moore Australia.
