Job summary

Grove Financial Group in Nedlands, WA is seeking an Accountant to join a small, cohesive team of accountants working with the Director.

The role involves processing tax returns, managing client groups for optimal tax outcomes, advisory in business services, daily operations, tax planning, and client liaison. Proficiency with Xero and CAS360 is valued, with experience in MYOB/QuickBooks supported.

Qualifications

• CPA pathway or CPA/CA qualification expected.
• 2+ years public practice accounting in Australia.
• Proficiency with Xero, CAS360 and FYI Docs beneficial.
• Experience preparing financial reports and tax returns.
• Strong client communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies and trusts.
• Liaise with clients to build and maintain relationships.
• Support accounting systems for clients (Xero, CAS360; MYOB, QuickBooks).
• BAS preparation and annual tax planning.
• ASIC duties and daily business services work.
