Job summary

Emmbr in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of Azure-based solutions, designing and implementing integrations across internal and partner systems.

You will work with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and API Management to deliver secure REST and SOAP APIs, build CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, and ensure production stability.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial software development experience.
• Hands-on C#/.NET capability.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services - Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and API Management.
• REST and/or SOAP API development experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with low-code iPaaS platforms and relevant Microsoft or integration certifications would be advantageous.

As part of this growth, we're looking for experienced Integration Engineers to join a highly capable Platforms & Applications function working across a complex enterprise environment.

The Role

This is an opportunity for an Integration Engineer who wants genuine end-to-end ownership of the solutions they build.

You won't simply pick up a development ticket, write the code and hand it over.

You’ll work across the complete integration lifecycle, from understanding requirements and contributing to the technical approach through to development, testing, deployment and ongoing BAU support.

You will:

• Design, develop and maintain APIs and integrations across internal and external systems

About You

You're a hands-on engineer who can think beyond the development ticket.

You understand how systems interact, can work through complex integration problems and are comfortable taking ownership when something doesn't behave as expected in production.

You’ll ideally bring:
