Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd, Canberra-based recruitment and services firm, is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to lead integrated scheduling across complex programs in the ACT. The role focuses on critical path analysis, risk management and senior stakeholder engagement, with onsite attendance required for the first six weeks.

The position runs up to 12 months, with a transition to hybrid work later. The successful candidate will guide scheduling practices, monitor milestones, and provide strategic advice

• Experience delivering complex projects with governance, risk, change control and financial management.
• Expertise in integrated scheduling and schedule performance analysis.
• Ability to lead stakeholder collaboration and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of complex integrated project and program schedules.
• Monitor critical paths, dependencies, milestones and delivery risks across multiple workstreams.
• Provide strategic advice to senior executives on scheduling, resourcing, risks and issues.
• Lead stakeholder collaboration, change control and continuous improvement of scheduling practices.
