Job summary

Marsh Australia is seeking a motivated Senior Insurance Broker to join our high-performing Buying Groups team. This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and offers a hybrid working model with in-office presence required at least three days per week.

You will manage a portfolio of insurance schemes, deliver outstanding service to scheme members and sponsors, drive new business, prepare quotations and support renewals with documentation and insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general insurance broking experience, ideally in a client-facing or advisory role.
• Experience in a Group, SME or scheme-based environment is required.
• Exposure to client service, underwriting, claims, or broking is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of insurance schemes with care, accuracy and commercial awareness
• Delivering outstanding service to scheme members and corporate sponsors
• Driving new business and renewal processes, including policy binding, invoicing and distribution of policy documentation
• Preparing quotation and placing slips
• Supporting pre-renewal and broking meetings with relevant documentation and insights
• Producing renewal reports and insurance manuals as required
