Job summary

Enerven is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure projects across our transmission and energy portfolio. You will work closely with clients, teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time and commercially sound outcomes.

The role requires a proven track record in complex infrastructure delivery, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Project Management or equivalent capability.
• Significant experience delivering large infrastructure projects.
• Experience across project delivery, commercial management, risk, financial performance and reporting.
• Strong client, contractor and stakeholder management capability.
• Current and valid driver’s licence.
• Experience across transmission, substations, utilities, renewable energy, BESS or other major energy infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major, multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects.
• Manage project performance across safety, schedule, cost, risk, quality and commercial outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and key project stakeholders.
• Provide project and construction leadership, including input during tender and pre-contract phases.
• Develop and maintain project reporting, financial forecasts and progress updates.
• The role may require intrastate and interstate travel, along with some out-of-hours work.
