Job summary

Bayside Health is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement and maintain enterprise infrastructure across our health network. You will lead cloud transformation, ensure security and compliance, and mentor a skilled technology team to deliver reliable services that support clinical and business outcomes.

Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies, Azure, virtualization, networking and security is preferred.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in infrastructure engineering within complex enterprise environments.
Strong expertise across Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), virtualization, networking, and security.
Proven ability to lead technical projects and influence infrastructure strategy.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain enterprise infrastructure solutions.
Lead and support cloud transformation and infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
Provide expert technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
Ensure infrastructure security, resilience, and compliance with healthcare standards.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver technology outcomes that support clinical and business services.
