Cross River Rail Delivery Authority is hiring a Contracts Manager / Administrator – Delivery in Brisbane to oversee the RIS Alliance contract, coordinating with project teams, contractors and specialists to ensure commercial discipline and governance. The role focuses on delivering value across rail infrastructure, station upgrades, and system integration, reporting to the Commercial Manager, Delivery.

The role requires five years of contracts management experience on large infrastructure

Qualifications

• Five+ years of contracts management experience in infrastructure or major projects.
• Experience with Alliance contracts or collaborative contracting models.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities.
• Excellent written communication for reports and briefs.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies for the RIS Alliance contract.
• Manage interfaces with ETCS Alliance and PPP contracts across delivery packages.
• Identify risks, issues and changes; prepare and review commercial and budget documents.
• Assist negotiations with Alliance participants and stakeholders to optimize outcomes.
• Provide commercial advice to project teams and senior stakeholders with clear briefings.
