Job summary

Talenza is seeking a senior, hands-on Infrastructure Engineer for a 12-month contract in Ultimo with WFH Flex. You will maintain critical Windows infrastructure with emphasis on Active Directory, Windows Server and VMware, and lead security-focused AD initiatives.

The role requires collaborating with Architecture and Cyber Security teams, driving AD hardening, managing domain controllers, DNS/DHCP, and patching, while staying practical in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AD, Windows Server and VMware in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to drive AD security hardening and remediation.
• Experience managing multi-domain/forest AD environments.

Responsibilities

• Support, administer and improve core server infrastructure with focus on AD, Windows Server and VMware.
• Drive AD security uplift, hardening and remediation initiatives.
• Manage Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy across multi-domain environments.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Architecture and project teams.
