Journey Beyond, Australia’s leading experiential tourism group, is seeking an Industrial Relations Senior Advisor to join the Adelaide CBD team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will lead enterprise agreements consolidation, guide leaders through complex workplace matters, and partner with HR, Payroll and operations across a national portfolio.

Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and modern awards is essential.

Qualificações

• Three+ years in employee or industrial relations, including complex unionised environments.
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, modern awards and enterprise agreements.
• Experience reviewing and consolidating enterprise agreements and supporting IR projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a plan to unify enterprise agreements across the group.
• Support bargaining strategies and negotiations for enterprise agreements.
• Guide leaders through investigations, grievances and workplace disputes.
• Translate legislation, awards and agreements into practical advice.
• Partner with HR, Payroll and operations to identify risks and support change.
