Job summary

Forensic Focus Limited is seeking a senior incident response professional to lead IR engagements and conduct advanced forensic investigations across Windows, Mac and Linux for clients across APAC and Japan. You will analyse network traffic, advise during active incidents, and produce high‑quality reports and remediation recommendations for both technical teams and executive leadership.

You will contribute to a distributed regional team, oversee complex investigations, and communicate findings

Qualifications

• Experience in incident response and computer forensics.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and analysis tools.
• Ability to develop customised remediation plans.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence and adversary attribution.
• GIAC certifications preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Role

This senior consulting position involves leading incident response engagements and performing advanced forensic investigations across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms for clients throughout the Asia Pacific and Japan region. Day-to-day responsibilities include analysing network traffic, advising organisations during active incidents, and producing high-quality reports and recommendations for both technical teams and executive leadership.

Skills & Experience

Candidates should bring proven experience in incident response and computer forensics, strong knowledge of network protocols and analysis tools, and the ability to develop customised remediation plans. Familiarity with threat intelligence and adversary attribution is valued. GIAC certifications are preferred, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
