Elders is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel based in Adelaide on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role provides strategic and commercial legal advice across the Elders group, supporting governance, major transactions and regulatory obligations.

You will engage with leaders across the business to enable growth while managing legal risk. Ideal candidates hold an unrestricted APC, a law degree, and 7+ years post-admission experience in commercial law.

Qualifications

• Hold an unrestricted Australian Practising Certificate.
• Extensive post-admission experience in commercial law.
• Strong ability to provide practical, risk-based legal guidance.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic, commercially focused legal advice to stakeholders across the business.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks arising from operations, projects and initiatives.
• Manage disputes, regulatory matters and external counsel oversight.
• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on compliance obligations.
