About the Role

Due to the upcoming retirement of a senior team member and a focus on business expansion, we are seeking a Senior Immigration Lawyer to join our leadership team.

We are looking for an experienced legal professional who shares our values and wants to make a meaningful impact during a pivotal phase of expansion and an exciting period of leadership renewal.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide expert and strategic legal advice and assistance to clients across all areas of Australian migration law and practice
• Manage and execute complex visa applications and legal assistance matters independently
• Oversee junior legal, migration and admin staff, providing leadership, training and support
• Contribute to growth through business development, niche market targeting, and process innovation
• Maintain high professional standards, migration knowledge/expertise, client service and ensure compliance with all ethical and regulatory requirements

Reporting Line
