Job summary

Trideca in Australia is seeking an Identity Platform Lead to drive an enterprise-scale Auth0 implementation, migrating from Okta across web, mobile, API and IVR channels. You will own tenancy design, token services, and security hardening while coordinating with API and mobile squads to finalize contracts and governance.

You will shape the cutover strategy, document the build for operations, and lead risk mitigation as you deploy a stable identity platform across environments.

Qualifications

• Experience standing up Auth0 tenancies at customer-facing scale.
• Proven migration of identity platforms from Okta to Auth0.
• Hands-on knowledge of OAuth2 and OIDC token services.
• Defined WAF and security configurations for identity platforms.
• Used Terraform or equivalent IaC to manage identity configurations.
• Thrives in ambiguity and asks the right questions early.

Responsibilities

• You will design and stand up Auth0 tenancies across development, test, staging and production.
• You will build the token issuance and validation services and define the token and session architecture for every channel.
• You will set the WAF rules, rate limiting and security hardening around each tenancy, and build a CI/CD pipeline that deploys Auth0 configuration as code.
• You will also define a blue/green cutover approach so the new Auth0 flows can run alongside Okta without disrupting live traffic.
• You will own the technical migration path from Okta to Auth0, including how existing sessions and credentials move across.
• You will work closely with the established API, iOS and Android squads to define the contract each channel builds against, and make sure machine to machine traffic stays correctly scoped on Okta during the transition.
• You will be the senior technical voice on identity. That means resolving the remaining platform level questions, making the key technical calls, documenting the build so it can be operated and extended after handover, and raising go live risk early, given that some cutover changes cannot be rolled back.
