Job summary

Trideca, Australia's trusted strategy, AI and digital transformation partner, is seeking an Identity Platform Lead to build Auth0 at enterprise scale in Sydney/Melbourne time. You will design tenancies, implement token services, and define the token architecture across web, mobile, API and IVR channels.

Lead security hardening with WAF rules, CI/CD for Auth0 config as code, and a blue/green cutover alongside Okta.

Qualifications

Stand up Auth0 tenancies at enterprise scale, customer facing.
Migrate identity platform from Okta to Auth0 in enterprise environments.
Deep knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, token services, and Auth0 Actions.
Define WAF and security configuration using IaC tools.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and ask the right questions.
Experience in regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and stand up Auth0 tenancies across development, test, staging and production.
Build token issuance/validation services and define token/session architecture for each channel.
Set WAF rules, rate limiting and security hardening; build CI/CD for Auth0 configuration as code.
Define blue/green cutover so Auth0 flows run beside Okta without live disruptions.
Own migration path from Okta to Auth0, including session/credentials migration.
Collaborate with API, iOS and Android squads to define contracts; ensure machine-to-machine traffic is scoped.
Be the senior technical voice on identity; document build for ongoing operations and raise live go-live risk early.
