Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned IDAM/PAM professional to design, implement and manage high-visibility IDAM solutions for major clients in Australia. You will conduct business analysis, redesign processes and manage stakeholders to ensure IDAM solutions meet client expectations.

The role requires experience with IDAM concepts, vendor products and strong communication skills to coordinate across business and tech units. Accenture offers comprehensive training and a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

2+ years in IT implementation projects, HR implementation or cloud services projects.
Experience with market leading IdAM vendor products including CyberArk, Okta, IBM, SailPoint, Dell or Microsoft.
Understanding of IDAM concepts, processes and policies.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills across multiple levels

Responsibilities

Hit the ground running to understand the program context and integrate with the project team.
Engage with customers to provide security solutions, recommendations and managed service for multiple engagements.
Analyse and enhance existing IDAM processes to support complex use cases and improve efficiency.
Define business requirements, functional specifications and design specifications.
Conduct workshops with key client stakeholders across commercial and technical units.
Identify gaps to requirements and propose alternatives and process changes.
Identify risks and issues with mitigants and drive to resolution.
Propose and implement best practice IDAM processes and policies.
