Job summary

genU seeks an experienced ICT Software Engineer to design, develop and enhance secure, business-critical applications supporting service delivery. Hybrid working options and flexible hours are available.

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents to comply with RFFR Cyber Security Accreditation. The role spans enterprise‑grade projects using ASP.NET, Angular and modern web stacks, with strong emphasis on TDD, REST APIs and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Advanced skills across C#, .NET, SQL and modern web development frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead development initiatives and translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate required (assistance provided).
• Experience developing modern web applications using ASP.NET, Angular and related technologies.
• Proven experience delivering complex software projects in agile environments, including TDD, RESTful APIs and enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong understanding of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems and database technologies.
