You will design passive and integrated ICT systems, align with Australian Standards and Building Codes, and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in engineering.
• 4-6 years of Australian industry experience in ICT consulting, leading projects and teams.
• Proficient in passive communications infrastructure design, security and surveillance design, and integrated communications networking.

What is your role?

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, to deliver integrated ICT solutions that align with business objectives.
• Design and manage complex ICT systems, including passive communications infrastructure, network design, IoT and system integration that align with Australian Standards and Building Codes.
• Lead risk assessments and technical reviews focused on ICT systems to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant designs.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, providing innovative solutions that meet project goals and enhance user experience.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering technical growth and a collaborative work environment.

About You

• A tertiary qualification in engineering.
• 4-6 years of Australian industry experience in ICT consulting, with a strong track record of delivering complex ICT projects. Experience leading projects, managing teams, and driving the successful delivery of ICT solutions.
• Proficiency in passive communications infrastructure design, security and surveillance design, integrated communications networking, DAS, design of structured communications connectivity infrastructure, wireless networking and heat mapping and a strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards and Building Codes.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and strong communication abilities.
