Job summary

Ignite is seeking an experienced Program Manager / Delivery Lead to drive a large-scale ICT infrastructure and site fit-out program within a Federal Government environment. An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Program Manager / Delivery Lead to lead the delivery of a large-scale ICT infrastructure and site fit-out program within a Federal Government environment.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of multiple ICT uplift initiatives across a geographically dispersed portfolio of sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of ICT infrastructure and technology fit-out projects across multiple locations.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate and oversee project managers, technical teams, vendors and delivery partners.
• Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, project schedules and reporting artefacts.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business, technical and governance forums.
• Define, track and report on project benefits and benefits realisation activities.
• Facilitate workshops, resolve delivery challenges and manage competing priorities.
• Monitor delivery performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, briefings, status updates and governance materials.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with government frameworks and organisational standards.
• Proven experience developing and managing integrated delivery plans across multiple projects, locations or workstreams.
• Strong scheduling and coordination capabilities, including management of resource constraints and competing priorities.
• Ability to identify delivery risks, manage interdependencies and implement recovery plans where required.
• Experience tracking progress against milestones and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience ICT Infrastructure Project Delivery

• Demonstrated experience delivering ICT infrastructure, technology refresh, site uplift, network or fit-out projects within large and complex environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end project delivery involving infrastructure upgrades, connectivity, workplace technology and end-user computing solutions.
• Exposure to audio-visual and video conferencing remediation or uplift projects will be highly regarded.
• Proven experience defining, measuring and reporting project benefits and benefits realisation outcomes.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working within Federal Government environments.
• Understanding of government governance, reporting and assurance processes.
• Relevant project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or Agile qualifications..
