Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Communicate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and needs.
Process Analysis: Investigate and analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Solution Design: Develop functional specifications and designs for system solutions and data models.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a central point of communication among management, developers and users.
System Development and Testing: Collaborate with developers to ensure correct implementation and create test plans for quality.
Documentation and Training: Produce user manuals and training materials; conduct training sessions.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor solutions post- deployment to identify enhancements and governance alignment.
