XPT Software seeks an experienced Senior Integration Specialist to lead design and governance of IBM IIB and ACE-based solutions across a complex Government ICT environment, ensuring reliable data exchange and standards compliance.

You will guide architects, security teams, and developers, mentor staff, and translate business needs into secure, scalable integration patterns, with emphasis on auditability and whole-of-government alignment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years' experience in IBM IIB and/or ACE.
• Advanced ESQL, message modeling, XSD, JSON schema, XML/XSLT.
• Experience with on-premises and cloud integrations (AWS/Azure/GovCloud).
• Familiarity with API Gateways (IBM API Connect, Kong, Apigee) and secure patterns.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design for complex integration requirements across Government systems.
• Provide expert guidance on integration patterns, messaging strategies, security models, and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop reusable subflows, libraries, patterns, and templates to uplift team capability.
