Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Senior Hyperscale Customer Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of large, complex xScale deployments for top cloud and AI customers. You will oversee contracts, design, construction, commissioning, acceptance, billing and close-out across multiple sites and regions, engaging executives and coordinating with internal teams to drive on-time, high-impact outcomes.

You will operate with autonomy, influence senior stakeholders, and shape how Equinix delivers at hyperscale

Qualifications

8+ years’ experience managing large, complex, customer-facing programmes.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and own delivery end to end.
Experience engaging and influencing at executive level with enterprise or hyperscale customers.
Strong understanding of data centre delivery: power, cooling, construction, commissioning, colo/wholesale.
Commercial awareness including change control, contract interpretation and milestone-based billing.
Excellent written and verbal communication with concise executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale, cross-functional deployments across multiple sites and regions.
Own integrated programme schedules, milestones, and readiness dates.
Translate contract commitments into baselined delivery plans.
Identify and mitigate delivery risks and in-flight changes.
Manage change orders end-to-end: scope, pricing input, approval and alignment.
Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Design & Construction, Engineering, Operations and Vendors to align delivery.
