Job summary

Bimplus is recruiting experienced HVAC and Electrical Project Managers for major construction and building services projects across Australia. Roles are available in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, with relocation assistance for suitable candidates.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage day‑to‑day delivery of HVAC/MEP packages from design through handover, overseeing budgets, schedules and quality to ensure safe, on‑time completion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience managing medium to large construction projects.
• Experience in HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical Building Services.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost-control skills.
• Proven lifecycle delivery from design to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of medium to large HVAC/MEP projects from design to completion.
• Manage programmes, budgets, resources and overall project performance.
• Develop relationships with clients, builders, principal contractors, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement, technical documentation and construction drawings.
• Coordinate commercial obligations and change management.
• Lead project teams and provide technical and operational direction.
• Produce updates on programme, cost and project performance.
• Respond to technical queries and coordinate across design and construction teams.
