PHE High Voltage is seeking an experienced HV Distribution Project Manager to lead overhead line and underground cable projects from Brisbane with travel to project sites across Australia. This hands-on leadership role requires credibility in the field and the ability to shape delivery standards.

You will manage safety, budgets, schedules, and client engagement, build field teams, and implement practical field delivery systems to ensure quality and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as an Overhead Linesperson in power systems distribution.
• Experience delivering overhead line and underground cable construction projects.
• Hands-on underground distribution works experience including HV/LV cabling and terminations.
• Experience leading field crews in live or network-controlled environments.
• Experience coordinating projects,shutdowns, and multiple work fronts.
• Strong budgeting, programme management and reporting abilities.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and manage overhead/underground distribution projects from mobilisation to completion.
• Secure and maintain contractor accreditation with network providers.
• Provide progress, safety and cost-to-complete reports to management.
• Lead field crews and mentors on site delivery and quality assurance.
• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, plant and materials.
• Act as the client-facing representative and support tendering activities.
