Job summary
Evolution Mining is seeking a Senior Health & Safety leader for our Mungari Operations in Western Australia. You will oversee three Health & Safety Advisors across underground, open pit, and surface operations, embedding health, hygiene and emergency response into daily work.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within mining.
- Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety or related discipline.
- Experience leading and developing people in a mining operation.
- Strong underground mining operational experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of three Health & Safety Advisors.
- Partner with site leaders to improve safety performance and compliance.
- Lead and support incident investigations and share learnings.
- Facilitate risk assessments and pro-actively manage safety risks.
- Drive continuous improvement across health, safety, and related systems.
- Oversee hygiene activities onsite.
