Job summary

MBM is seeking a Senior HR Consultant to provide on-demand advisory support across employee relations, policy, and HR projects. You will work closely with MBM’s leadership to advise on complex people matters and support sensitive investigations as needed.

The role is a flexible consulting arrangement, with remote work possible while requiring occasional attendance at MBM offices. Strong Australian employment law knowledge and professional services experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years’ HR experience, including senior ER and generalist HR experience.
• Experience in professional services, consulting or corporate services environment.
• Current HR membership/certification preferred through AHRI or similar body.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical advice on complex employee relations matters.
• Support managers with performance, conduct, grievances, workplace conflict and disciplinary matters.
• Assist with sensitive conversations and difficult meetings.
