Job summary

Feros Care is seeking compassionate in-home care workers to support older adults in their own homes in the Coffs Harbour area. This permanent part-time role offers 20–40 hours per fortnight, with opportunities for additional hours after probation.

You will provide personal care, meal preparation, and domestic assistance across the local community, with travel reimbursements and a focus on wellbeing and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in-home aged care with person-centred support.
• Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Valid driver’s licence with reliable vehicle and willingness to travel across local community.

Responsibilities

• Support older people in their homes with personal care and daily tasks.
• Assist with domestic duties and meal prep to promote wellbeing and independence.
• Travel across Coffs Harbour region to provide consistent care.
