Zusammenfassung

FTI Consulting in Sydney is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Health team, focusing on hospital operations and service delivery improvements across public, private and not-for-profit sectors. You will work with clinicians and managers to identify opportunities and implement practical improvements with coaching from senior colleagues.

You will lead defined workstreams, design and test changes, and help sustain progress through structured reviews and workshops.

Qualifikationen

Experience improving hospital operations and service delivery.
Ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
Strong collaboration with clinicians and managers to drive change.

Aufgaben

Support complex projects across hospital operations and patient flow improvements.
Identify opportunities by observing day-to-day processes and gathering stakeholders input.
Define problems and develop practical recommendations for improvement.
Design, test and implement changes, track results and establish review routines.
Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align priorities and actions.
Take responsibility for defined pieces of project work and maintain progress.
Produce clear analyses, presentations and reports to support decision-making.
Contribute to proposals, case studies and development of team methods and tools.
