Overview

A highly regarded national architecture practice is experiencing strong growth on the back of recent major project wins across Australia. As part of this growth, we are now seeking an experienced Senior Health Architect to join their Adelaide studio in a full-time, leadership capacity.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior role with the autonomy to lead complex projects and shape outcomes within a collaborative, design-led team.

Responsibilities

• Leading project delivery from concept through construction
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams including engineering consultants
• Managing client relationships and liaising with building contractors
• Overseeing site inspections and ensuring compliance with Australian standards and NCC
• Utilising site management platforms (Aconex, Procore, etc.)
• Leading and mentoring architectural teams within a Revit environment

What You’ll Bring

• Registered Architect with minimum 10+ years’ post-registration experience
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects in Australia, particularly hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Strong understanding of Australian building codes, standards and documentation practices
• Proven experience managing clients, consultants, and contractors
• Advanced Revit capability
• Confident leadership and communication skills
