• CA/CPA qualified with 8+ years post‑qualification experience in financial reporting and corporate tax.
• Experience in multi‑entity groups or funds management highly regarded.
• Big 4/mid‑tier background and strong governance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead group financial reporting across multiple entities on a monthly, quarterly and year‑end cadence.
• Oversee corporate tax compliance, tax provisions and tax effect accounting.
• Coordinate with senior leaders and external advisors to support strategic decision‑making.
