Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' experience in hydrogeology or related field as consultant or industry role.
• Tertiary degree in hydrogeology/geoscience with a water focus.
• Able to undertake fieldwork including drilling supervision and water sampling.
• Experience in hydrogeology and water quality analysis and interpretation.
• WA Driver's Licence with good driving history; 4WD a plus.
• Experience in WA mining industry and understanding of WA legislation.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate groundwater projects including budgets, tracking, schedules and outputs, and liaise with clients, subcontractors and government departments.
• Oversee field investigations and planning, providing guidance and direction.
• Work autonomously while contributing as a key member of the Groundwater team.
• Stay up to date with groundwater market developments to drive innovation.
• Mentor junior team members and grow technical excellence in the Groundwater group.
• Oversee fieldwork activities and support junior staff on site.
