Job summary

North Sydney Infinity and Beyond [DEMO] is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead design projects from concept to completion. You will mentor junior designers, collaborate across marketing, product, and development teams, and ensure deliverables meet timelines and brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in graphic design, a strong portfolio, and deep knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Strong typography, color theory and layout understanding.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing materials across print and digital channels.
• Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align designs with objectives.
• Mentor junior designers and guide skill development within the team.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices and apply them appropriately.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize deadlines.
