Grace Loves Lace is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for a 12-month parental leave cover. The role is hands-on, guiding brand execution across digital, print, retail and wholesale channels, with mentorship for the in-house Graphic Designer.

Based at the head office in Australia, the position offers hybrid options, including one day work-from-home per week and potential four-day part-time arrangements. Strong branding and fast-paced collaboration with the CMO and Creative Director are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Website Development, E-commerce or a related discipline, with demonstrated industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Acrobat.
• Experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms, ideally Shopify, with HTML coding skills.
• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms, ideally Klaviyo.
• Strong organisational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, collaborate across teams and mentor junior designers.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative execution from approved brief through to final production across all channels.
• Collaborate with CMO and Creative Director to develop assets for campaigns, events, product launches and promotions.
• Manage day-to-day design workflow, prioritising tasks and mentoring the Graphic Designer.
• Design digital advertising, EDMs, social media content, press releases, sales collateral, packaging and internal communications.
• Support website and e-commerce design, including banners and landing pages, using Shopify and related platforms.
• Edit, retouch and optimise photography and video content for campaigns.
• Maintain brand guidelines and templates, collaborating on trend research and reviews.
• Manage print requests and production, and support shoots and events.
