Job summary

Operose Health is seeking an experienced GP to deliver high-quality clinical care at the GP surgery, working with clinical leads and the local practice team to support operational plans.

You will participate in clinical governance, contribute to improving health outcomes through audits and QOF, and provide care per the job plan including in-person and video consultations, triage and on-call duties (excluding out-of-hours).

Qualifications

• Current GMC registration and NHS performers list; engaged in regular clinical work.
• GP accreditation - MRCGP or equivalent experience.
• Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient-focused services.
• Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and coding.
• Working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb.

Responsibilities

• To deliver high quality clinical care to patients at the GP surgery and support the clinical leads and local practice team.
• Participate in clinical governance and contribute to improving health outcomes through audit and QOF.
• Provide clinical care as per job plan including in-person and video consultations, triage, results, reviews and on-call (excluding out of hours).
• Adhere to GMC standards and prioritise patient care.
• Support development and review of the surgery action plan with the Practice Manager and site lead.
